Landscape Services
Landscape Maintenance – Whether the scope of your property includes a corporate center, apartment complex, shopping center, residential subdivision, homeowners association, or residence we are trained and equipped to provide full landscape maintenance service.
Landscape Installation – We install both residential and commercial landscape & hardscapes including Irrigation System installation & programming.
Tree Trimming / Removal – We provide free estimates to trim and/or take down trees and grind stumps.
Site Preparation
Clearing and Leveling: The site must be cleared of debris and vegetation, and the ground leveled.
Foundation: Depending on local codes and the type of home, this could be a concrete slab, piers, or a crawl space
Delivery
The home is transported to the site in sections (single, double, or triple-wide) using specialized trucks
Setting the Home
Positioning: The sections are positioned on the foundation using a crane or other heavy equipment.
Joining Sections: If the home is multi-section, the sections are joined together and secured
Anchoring & Blocking
Anchoring: The home is anchored to the foundation to prevent movement from wind or seismic activity.
